With 20 years of experience in music production, combined with a degree in Audio Production, Somniac brings both practical experience and technical knowledge to every project.

 

Working primarily across Hard Dance, Trance, Progressive, House and Techno, the focus is on creating mixes with impact, clarity, depth and energy while preserving the character and identity of the music.

 

The experience behind Somniac comes from two decades of creating, producing and releasing music as an artist. With releases on established labels and support with mainstream radio airplay, the journey from an idea in the studio to a finished, release-ready record has been experienced first-hand.

 

That artist perspective is an important part of the Somniac approach. Mixing and mastering isn't simply about making a track louder or more polished. It's about understanding the intention behind the production, identifying what makes it work and enhancing those qualities without taking away its identity.
